Brent brings a decade of capital markets and mortgage banking experience to FHA. Most recently, Brent worked at Capital Markets Cooperative as a senior trader where he executed security and loan sales. Brent is returning to work with Michael Francis, who he worked with at Morgan Stanley and ExMor Capital during its start up years. While at Morgan Stanley, Brent was a member of the Residential Mortgage Trading Desk at Morgan Stanley, and was responsible for the mark-to-market of their $5 billion position; as well as monitoring P&L, hedge positions, and credit exceptions.
Brent has a BS in Management Information Systems from Florida State University. He currently lives in Ormond Beach, FL with his wife Laura, and has three children.
